Hatfield County Qualifier

Entries are now OPENED for this Level 3 meet (Licence : 3ER262117), taking place on 21st & 22^nd Nov 2026 at HSV.

The cost of entries is £9 per race for 50s, 100s and 200s; and £11 for 400s. Entries are for: 9 and over (Ages are as on 22nd November 2026). Upper qualifying times (not faster than) are in operation. There are no lower limit times. Entries will be accepted without entry times for all 50m and 100m events ONLY, however for all other events, swimmers must have a time recorded on Swim England rankings since 1st January 2025.

Deadline to enter: 21st October 2026 @10pm

As this is a “first come first served meet”, the organisers reserve the right to cut-off earlier than this date and at short notice.

Warm-up times:

Saturday, session 1 – 1pm

Sunday, session 2 – 8am

Sunday, session 3 – TBC
