Entries are now being accepted for this meet which will take place on Saturday 21st December and Sunday 22nd December at the Hertfordshire Sports Village.

Lower qualifying times are being operated at this meet. Ages are as at 31 December 2019. Each individual entry costs £7 and team relays cost £20 per team.

The deadline for submission is 10pm on Monday 25th November 2019. In the event that the meet is oversubscribed, the organisers reserve the right to bring forward this deadline at short notice.

Session times:

Saturday 21st afternoon – warm up 1pm, racing starts 2pm

Sunday 22nd morning – warm up 8am, racing starts 9am

Sunday 22nd afternoon – warm up no earlier than 1pm, racing starts no earlier than 2pm
