Spectator Fees
The spectator fee is £10 per Day OR £25 for a 3 Day Pass per person, regardless of the number of sessions attended (Children Under 12 are Free). Payments will be accepted at the desk on entrance to the viewing gallery, and both credit card and cash payments are accommodated.
Photography
Hackney Aquatics Club, Camden Swiss Cottage SC, Anaconda SC & Greenwich Royals SC reminds all attendees that the meet is governed by Swim England’s photographic policy:
- Permission to Use Devices: Anyone wishing to use cameras, video, or digital image-capturing devices (including mobile phones) must adhere to the guidelines laid out in Wavepower 2024 (Swim England Child Safeguarding Policy).
- Flash Photography: Flash photography is NOT permitted during the event.
- Changing Room Policy:
- The use of mobile phones or devices is strictly prohibited in the changing rooms from entry to exit.
- Devices must be stored in a bag or pocket and not visible. There are no exceptions to this rule.
- Anyone caught using a mobile phone or device will be ejected from the meet.

Entries are CLOSED for this Level 1 (LC) meet, Thu 10th to Sat 12th April 2025 at London Aquatics Centre, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 2AQ.
The cost of entries is £15.00 per event, £18 for 800/1500m events.
There are Lower limit times (Faster than) and NOTIME are NOT accepted. Valid entry times must have been achieved since 1st January 2024, be on the British Swimming Rankings and should be short course times; times converted using Sportsystems will be accepted.
Age groups: 10, 11, 12/13, 14/15, 16/Over – Age as 31st December 2025
For all squads except Dove.
