Stroke Efficiency Camp / Clinic

For the first time, Hatfield Swimming Club is doing a mini training camp focused on stroke efficiency. This camp is a two day camp incorporating strength & conditioning sessions and sports psychology and competition nutrition presentations. The camp is suitable for all 9-14 year old swimmers (swimmers, coaches, and parents from other clubs are welcome). We do recommend that swimmers attend both days, as they are progressive. In case that you can do only one of the days, please book one day only, Sat or Sun.
