2019 East Region Open Water Championships

Entries are now being accepted for the above competition which will take place on 21 July 2019 in Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre, Whitlingham Lane, Trowse, Norwich.
There are 4 events:
1km – at a cost of £16. This is Event 2.
2km, 3km and 5km – all at a cost of £22. These are events 3,1 and 4 respectively.
It is possible to swim a combination of events – full details are in the conditions below.
Please check with your coach before entering the events.
The closing date for entries is 10pm on Monday 3rd June 2019.
