Adam Peaty race clinics – performance psychology workshop
AP Race organisation founded by Adam Peaty OBE is inviting all local swimming clubs within Hertfordshire free of charge to participate in the Gold Medal Mindset, the performance psychology workshop for swimmers, parents and coaches. An additional 30 spaces are reserved for Hatfield, on a first come first serve basis:
“Adam and our team understand the challenges the sporting world is currently facing with significant financial pressures placed on clubs and coaches.
Who Are AP Race?
Our aim is to help support clubs, swimmers, coaches, parents and administrators by moving the sport of swimming forwards and making it more exciting for everyone involved. Our Race Clinics programme, where we bring professional athletes to different parts of the UK, generates revenues which are then reinvested in club development. The spaces for the Gold Medal Mindset workshop are part of that development initiative.
What Is Gold Medal Mindset All About?
The event is led by World-Leading Performance Psychologist Tom Bates, and has been developed to give you the tools for building and applying self confidence both in and out the pool. These skills honed in this workshop can be applied in sport, in education and in wider life to ensure you can deliver the best performance when it matters. Tom has worked with the British Swimming World Class Programme for a number of years and is Adam Peaty’s personal performance psychologist.
When And Where Is It?
Saturday the 18th November, 3.30-7pm, Haberdashers Boys School, Borehamwood.
