Hatfield Swim Clinic On Starts

Hatfield Swimming Club invites you to its first Starts Clinic. Held at Herts Uni Sports Village, we will be using racing blocks with top ledges as well as backstroke ledges.

Mobility and Strength & Conditioning sessions will be lead by the Performance Gym qualified stuff who work with our top swimmers (5 GB team members). Their focus will be on mobility and power you need to execute a great start.

Lectures in nutrition and sports psychology will be aimed on a slightly higher level then our April clinic. Something like level 2 :). The lectures are open to parents and coaches for a fee of £10 per lecture.
